SPiCE was founded by Avry Ott (@avryrobinott on most socials) and Roman Fruehan (@revolverroman ) in early 2024. Two dudes who met working at the local retro toy/game store, Planet Fun, they discovered their shared passion for organizing events and reading good comics. And thus, SPiCE was born!

Avry is grinding behind the scenes, making sure all the billing, social media, contracts, and what not get done, aka the boring stuff.

Roman is the Host with the Most, doing community outreach to spread the good word, and letting as many people as possible know about SPiCE, including other local events, sponsorships, etc.
